barbered haircut - tier 2 - [45] - full service cut executed with a mixture of scissors and clippers. includes wash+style. done by one of our tier 2 barbers; alex, emily or mariana. tier 2 staff typically have same day or same week availability.
barbered haircut - tier 1 -[50 or 55] - full service cut executed with a mixture of scissors and clippers. includes wash+style. done by our tier 1 barbers; alicia, carl and salena. tier 1 staff book days to weeks in advance, thus they are given our highest ‘barbered’ pricing tiers.
see a stylist - [80] - we have experienced stylists trained to handle cuts ranging from short to long, polished to lived-in and executed mainly with scissors or razor. includes a wash+style that can be finished natural or blown out and iron-work is complimentary. This service is not intended for those looking for barbered haircuts or those looking for color services. these services book for a 1.5 hour slot and are arranged with our in house stylists; sandra and taylor.
facial service - [30] - relax and unwind while we cleanse, exfoliate and moisturize. a series of hot towels, high-end skincare products, massage + our steamer will leave your face feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. if not paired with a hair service, we will restyle your hair with or without product free of charge.
shave service - [45] - signature shave service with our barber salena. performed with the aid of a steamer and a series of hot towels + aftercare products.

CANCELLATION POLICY
you can cancel or reschedule any booked appointments up to 3 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment time by contacting the shop or by doing so within your confirmation emails or texts. you will not incur any charges or penalties.
if you need to cancel your appointment and it is 3 hours or less until the booking; you must call or email the shop to do so. you can also message us directly through square.
any appointments missed with no call or just not showing up will now incur a charge of 50% of the booked appointment cost. this will be due before any future services can be rendered, or added to the total of any services after the no-show.
