CANCELLATION POLICY

  • you can cancel or reschedule any booked appointments up to 3 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment time by contacting the shop or by doing so within your confirmation emails or texts. you will not incur any charges or penalties. 

  • if you need to cancel your appointment and it is 3 hours or less until the booking; you must call or email the shop to do so. you can also message us directly through square.

  • any appointments missed with no call or just not showing up will now incur a charge of 50% of the booked appointment cost. this will be due before any future services can be rendered, or added to the total of any services after the no-show.
