CANCELLATION POLICY
you can cancel or reschedule any booked appointments up to 3 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment time by contacting the shop or by doing so within your confirmation emails or texts. you will not incur any charges or penalties.
if you need to cancel your appointment and it is 3 hours or less until the booking; you must call or email the shop to do so. you can also message us directly through square.
any appointments missed with no call or just not showing up will now incur a charge of 50% of the booked appointment cost. this will be due before any future services can be rendered, or added to the total of any services after the no-show.
